I don’t know, put something here about me, I don’t care.

I use a combination of optimization algorithms and multiscale molecular dynamics simulations to design and evaluate peptides for therapeutic and biomaterial purposes.

My current research is at the intersection of computational physics, bioinformatics, and biochemistry; where I am investigating a novel antimicrobial peptide.

M.Sc. Student (Co-supervised by Dr. Christine DeWolf)
My project focuses on studying specific membranes of Gram-positive and/or Gram-negative bacteria and AMP specificity using coarse-grained MD simulations. I will also be using wet-lab approaches to experimentally validate and confirm my computational findings. Outside of the lab, I enjoy hiking, running, playing tennis, and baking!

Currently working on coarse-grained muc2 simulations, as part of the multi-scale modeling of mucus project.
